Recipe, Sunset and A Funny.

In my last post, I showed a pic of a yummy dinner I made.  I thought I'd share the recipe for that, for anyone interested in giving it a whirl.  I found the recipe on Allrecipes, but I did alter it a bit, because of my dislike for funky textures.  Instead of spinach, pesto and tomatoes, I used feta that was herb and sun dried tomato feta, I used a mediterranean spice mixture and garlic powder instead of crushed garlic.  It was really yummy, next time though, I may add a smidge of spiced up tomato sauce.  You can see a pic of mine, in my last post.  :)

I took a walk up the hill a couple of nights ago and this is what I saw.  I shot this with my phone and it turned out much better than I'd expected it would.

I went home got my camera and car and zoomed back up the hill to take more pics.  These are a few of them.  It was such a gorgeous eve.

Oooooh, an afterthought, I am adding a few of my altered pics,
for the poots and wiggles of it, since I don't have any new art work to
share yet.  I've been extra busy.  BAH!!
p.s.  I hope I haven't posted any pics I've posted before, but if I apologies!

I got this in an email, I don't know who to give credit to, but I thought it was funny!  hehe!!

Have a happy and groovy day!!
