sketchbook

I've been drawing in my sketchbook, not daily, but as often as I can.
I definitely need more practice and to play with new techniques.  Here are a few of the recent pictures I've drawn.  Some are finished, some I'm not sure if I will finish them or not.  :)

Hope you are having a productive and joy filled week.
Happy Weekend!
p.s.  a few pics from the week too.

wine sampler...oh my!

  1. I like the hand pic of the gal in the polk-a-dot scarf. And your date pics were awesome.

  2. I've noticed you love your faces :) I'm envious, faces are one thing I have the most difficulty with.

  4. Wow...what pretty pieces...I love the ladies faces, they are truely gorgeous. Gotta say though, I can't stop looking at the middle one with all the lush inky textures. Great photo's too! ^_^

And your work, as always, is just beautiful. I love the life and energy in them - and the birds nest as hat is my absolute favorite! Beautiful, beautiful work!

  7. I LOVE your drawings...they evoke so much emotion. Then the wine sampler, you and your hubby (what an awesome couple you are) and the kids enjoying the outdoors. Beautiful drawings, beautiful love, beautiful family. The more photos you share of where you live, the more I want to move there :)
